1/2 lb. Ground pork sausage,
1/4 cup Chopped onion
, 8 cups Soft Schwebel’s Giant Enriched Bread – cubed
, 2 cups Peeled, diced apples,
1/2 tsp. Sage,
1 Egg – beaten,
1/2 cup Milk.
Place sausage in a hot skillet. After it starts to brown, add onion and sauté until tender and meat is cooked. Combine bread cubes, apple and sage. Add sausage mixture, egg and milk, mix well. This stuffing goes well with vegetables and poultry.
