1 Schwebel’s Kaiser Roll
¼ Hamburger (ground meat, seasoned with spices)
2 leaves Romaine or iceberg lettuce
½ medium-sized tomato
1 slice American Cheese
1 teaspoon Ketchup
1 teaspoon Mustard
1 medium pickle, sliced
Seasoned to taste with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder
1. Preheat the grill.
2. Make patty using the ground meat, about the size of your fist.
3. Place patty on grill, add seasonings to taste and cook for 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked well done.
4. Add American cheese on top of patty 1 minute before removing from grill.
5. Put burger on bun and add all other condiments on top of burger.
